The second part of the ECA will be held 6th and 7th September 2014 in Harkstede (Groningen, Netherlands). The tournament consists of three weekends in three different countries. Various European teams will go for the ECA cup. This second weekend of the ECA tournament also rounds off a week of canoeing activities in Harkstede The Dutch championships start 13th and 14th September. The Groningen canoeing club (GKV) will organise various clinics and demonstrations in the intervening week.
